Spinach Beef  Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  3. Place mushrooms in a baking dish.
  4. Saute spinach, onion, chopped mushroom stems and garlic in olive oil until spinach is limp.
  5. Add cream cheese and nutmeg.
  6. Mix spinach mixture into ground beef.
  7. Mix in the parmesan.
  8. Scoop mixture into mushrooms.
  9. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until crisp on top and beef is done.
