Ingredients:

  • 10 oz spinach
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat eggs and milk together.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mixed until just mixed.
  4. Spread in a 9x13 ungreased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook slightly and cut into squares about the size of a deck of cards.
