Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Spray skillet and heat to med heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and add a few spoonfulls at a time to make the pancakes.
