Spinach Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach
  • 2 (8 oz) containers small curd cottage cheese
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach and press out water.
  2. Melt butter; add flour, make a smooth paste.
  3. In a large bowl beat eggs.
  4. Add to flour mixture, beat.
  5. Add remaining ing. mix with spoon.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
