Spinach and Potato Latkes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place macadamia nuts, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Rejuvelac or water into blender and blend well until mixture is smooth.
  2. Add pine nuts to mixture and blend well.
  3. Fold the nut mixture into spinach.
  4. Add onions and potatoes, stirring well.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls on a teflex sheet.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on latkes.
  7. Dehydrate for 4 hours.
