Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a big pan.
  2. Add onion on medium for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil and let simmer.
  5. Cover up for 20 minutes.
  6. Add olives, spinach and parsley.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Prepare the pasta.
  9. Drain the pasta and put them in a big serving bowl.
  10. Add the tomatoes mix and mix lightly.
  11. Serve.
