Spinach and Feta

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash and remove any long stems from spinach. Spin dry. Press garlic cloves. Add oil to non stick fry pan and add garlic to pan. Cook on low heat. Once garlic begins to cook begin adding spinach and cook until wilted. Add feta cheese to warm and serve.
