Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tblsp.
  3. Parmesan and next 6 ingredients (pepper through spinach) in a large bowl, and stir until well blended.
  4. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tblsp.
  6. Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
