Spicy Walnut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites , whisked until frothy

Directions:

  1. 1. Grind nuts and cinnamon in blender or food processor.
  2. 2. Combine ground nuts and cinnamon with egg whites and honey.
  3. 3. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
