Ingredients:

  • 1 (7 oz.) can chipotle chiles en adobo (seeds removed
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree 1 (7 oz.) can chipotle chiles en adobo (seeds removed). In a small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup ketchup, 1 Tbsp. chipotle puree (refrigerate remainder), 1 Tbsp. lime juice and 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 1 day.
