Spicy Uramaki Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml mirin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 piece. tempura tiger prawns
  • bamboo mat for rolling, make sure to wrap it with clingfilm.

Directions:

  1. (For Rice Cooker)
  2. Wash the rise thoroughly
  3. Put 3 1/2 cups of water
  4. Turn the rice cooker on
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Transfer the cooked rice into a bowl
  7. Add the vinegar mixture, cool it down by fanning it.
  8. Go to youtube and see how to roll a sushi...it`s better!
  9. Don`t press the rice too much or it will end up like a solid pudding hahahaha! just simply caress it, you don`t want it stodgy.
