Spicy Tuna With Hummus and Red Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix tuna and hummus into a medium mixing bowl. Chop your onions as desired and mix all ingredients. Let mixture blend and slice your red bell pepper into quarters and clean out the seeds and ribs out. Clean your romaine lettuce and slice into large pieces and arrange nicely on your plate (you will use the lettuce to eat up all the tuna that might fall out of your pepper cup). Fill the red bell peppers with tuna mixture and place on lettuce. Your done and enjoy.
