Spicy Tricolor Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 3 bell peppers (1 each of red, yellow, and green), cut into strips
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add oil. Add peppers, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Stir-fry 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; sprinkle evenly with salt.
