Spicy Tomato Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together flour,baking powder,salt,garlic salt,cayenne,oregano,sugar and cheeses.
  2. Coarsely chop the tomatoes(get the whole type so as to control the size of the chopped tomato in your bread).
  3. Add enough milk to liquid of tomatoes to make 2/3 Cup.
  4. Add eggs and oil and stir to blend well.
  5. Add liquid to flour mixture.
  6. Blend and fold in chopped tomatoes.
  7. Batter will be thick.
  8. Pour into greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x2 -1/2 Loaf pan.
  9. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Turn out on rack to cool.
  11. Good Warm or Cold
