Spicy Pintos and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 4 (15 oz) cans pinto beans
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/3 cup salsa, hot

Directions:

  1. In medium pot, saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
