Ingredients:
4 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
2 cups cooked brown rice
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/3 cup salsa, hot
Directions:
1. In medium pot, saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
