Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Cook garlic until golden, then discard.
  3. Stir in peanuts and chili powder.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes until warm.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with salt.
