Spicy Nutmeg Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package baby carrots
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Rinse the carrots and place in a small microwave dish.
  2. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp tender/ stirring once.
  3. Stir in the butter, nutmeg, garlic salt and red pepper; toss to coat and serve.
