  1. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Combine cinnamon, cumin, and tumeric, and sprinkle mixture on chicken. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat grill until medium-hot. Grill the chicken until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on the heat of the grill and the size of the breasts. Remove from heat and let cool.
