Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes 2 or 3 time horizontally not going all the way. Just as far through so its sliced but not detached.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic, cumin, salt, pepper & cayenne.
  3. Layer half to a full tsp of garlic spice in between each slice of the tomatoes.
  4. One of these tomatoes next to some seafood will definitely top off the meal.
