Spicy Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz dried jalapeno pepper (mccormick has a bottle)
  • 3 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (18 oz) bottles spicy bbq sauce

Directions:

  1. Place pork in crockpot.
  2. Pour in water.
  3. Sprinkle on jalapenos and onion powder.
  4. Cook pork on low in crockpot for 8-10 hours.
  5. Drain fluids out of the crockpot.
  6. Shread pork into small chunky peices and return to crock pot.
  7. Pour in bbq sauce and mix well.
  8. Heat for another 1-2 hours and serve.
