Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in boiling water, lower temperature and simmer for 20 minutes. When finished cooking, cut breasts into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Combine all other ingredients except rice in medium saucepan. bring to a boil over medium heat stirring regularly. Once boiling, remove from heat.
  3. To Serve, place cubed chicken on rice then pour sauce over the top.
