Spicy Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 2 gallons of water
  • 1 large bottle of zatarans crab boil or 1 bag of old bay seasoning
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Put water in a large pot
  2. Add crab boil, lemons, salt, and vinegar
  3. Bring to a hard boil
  4. Add shrimp stirring occassional
  5. Bring water back to a rolling boil
  6. Remove shrimp immeadiately
  7. Spread shrimp on news paper to cool
  8. Peel and eat
