Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • pinch of cayenne
  • combine first 7 ingredients. add shrimp and toss to coat. refrigerate 1 hour.
  • preheat oven to 450 degrees. bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring
  • occasionally, about 10 to 12 minutes.
