Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. SAUCE: Mix flour, soy sauce & worcestershire sauce to a paste. Stir in the stock, curry powder & cayenne. Reserve.
  2. MEAT: Melt butter and fry onions for 5 minutes., until soft.
  3. Add the steak & brown.
  4. Pour sauce over and cook 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
