Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until nuts are coated with spices.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet and quickly roast in oven for 5 minutes or less.
  4. Do not brown or you will release the volatile pecan oils. Allow the pecans to cool completely and package them in covered container.
