  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, cut slices in the ribs and chicken, spread mixture and let sit for an hour or two.
  2. Note: the sauce because of the hot peppers is very hot to the taste before it is cooked, however, the heat from the peppers dissipates after it is cooked.
