Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • greens, for serving

Directions:

  1. Combine tuna, oil, sherry, onion, and parsley.
  2. Toss lightly to mix.
  3. Chill several hours and serve on a bed of greens.
