Spanish Rice With Beef

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beed over med heat, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Transfer beef to paper towel lined plate, wrapped with foil to keep warm.
  4. In same skillet, heat oil.
  5. Add onion and garlic, cook, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in rice, recaito sauce and turmeric, cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  7. Add broth.
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 10 minutes.
  9. Return beef to skillet.
  10. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook uncovered, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
