Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (16 -20 oz) jar salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 15 mintues.
  2. Or use that instant rice, combine all & follow directions on the box.
