Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker
  2. Use rice setting- mine was 10 minutes in the electric pressure cooker
  3. Allow pressure to cool down naturally
  4. If rice is to dry stir in some liquid such as tomato sauce, tomato juice, V-8 juice etc
  5. Optional additions: canned mushrooms, pieces of cooked meat etc. may be added as desired.
