Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam the fish and let it cool.
  2. Put fish on the center of a dish, and surround with the cold potato slices.
  3. Place a ring of peas around the potatoes and the sliced onion over the fish.
  4. Slice the boiled egg and place on the fish too.
  5. Decorate with mayo.
