Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pan fry the potatoes in a couple pads of butter, when slightly browned, set aside in a bowl.
  2. Do the same for the spam.
  3. Afterwards return all to the same pan and brown a little more together.
  4. Add the milk and browning sauce and scrape the burnt on bits off the bottom of the pan then let it simmer till the sauce thickens a bit.
  5. It looks gross but tastes pretty good.
