Scalloped Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a med bowl, mix milk and soup until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4 inches slices.
  3. Arrange half the potato slices in a layer in a greased, shallow baking dish.
  4. Top potatoes with salt, pepper, half the soup mixture, half the ham, and then half the cheese.
  5. Repeat for second layer.
  6. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Yum!
