Spaghetti Squash Apple Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb spaghetti squash pared seeded and cut into 1' pieces
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place squash and apples in casserole dish.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
  3. Drizzle over squash and apples then cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
