Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 3 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (16 oz) can mushrooms (drained )
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomato paste
  • 2 (32 oz) cans meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Bring mixture to a slight boil. Turn down heat. Simmer 4-5 hours stirring every so often so mixture doesn't stick.
