Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. For meatballs, combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into 1 1/2 to 2 oz balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Place meatballs in oven and bake for 20 - 30 minutes turning once.
  5. In a sauce pan, stir Oregano, Basil and Garlic into the sauce.
  6. Heat the sauce and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  7. Bring about a gallon of water to a boil.
  8. Once the water is boiling, add the kosher salt and spaghetti and cook till al dente (about 10 minutes).
  9. While pasta cooks, remove the meatballs from the oven and add to the sauce.
