Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, and saute garlic 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add meatballs and saute 2 minutes more, or until golden.
  3. Stir in edamame and tofu, cook 5 minutes, or until excess liquid from tofu is gone. Stir in spaghetti sauce, and heat through. Stir in cheese, and cook until it melts completely.
  4. Serve over pasta.
