Soy Topped Pasta

Good on it's own or on rice, and of course, pasta.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
9 ounces soy vegetarian meatballs
2 cups edamame
14 ounces extra firm tofu, drained, pressed and crumbled
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, and saute garlic 2-3 minutes or until golden. Add meatballs and saute 2 minutes more, or until golden.
3. Stir in edamame and tofu, cook 5 minutes, or until excess liquid from tofu is gone. Stir in spaghetti sauce, and heat through. Stir in cheese, and cook until it melts completely.
4. Serve over pasta.
