Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Disolve yeast in the warm water for ten minutes.
  2. Combine flour, chili powder, red pepper flakes,and salt.
  3. Add egg, water and yeast, garlic, zucchini and cheese.
  4. Knead about 10 times.
  5. Cover and place in a warm damp place until doubled in size.
  6. Kneed a few more times with flour and split into 6 pretzels.
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  8. Baste with egg whites while baking.
