Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning mix and water to a boil in large skillet; cover.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Return to boil.
  4. Stir in rice and beans.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  6. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  7. Top with sour cream.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. The Zatarains gives it a little kick. If you don't like it too spicy use a mild salsa.
