Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 can green chilies (4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet separately. Then combine until just mixed. Pour into 8 buttered pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
