Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Turn half the batter into a greased 9 square baking pan. Cover with 1/2 the cheese, the peppers, then the rest of the cheese.
  3. Top with the remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cooked through. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
