Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT topping ingredients, together with a hand mixer.
  3. Put potato mix in a buttered casserole dish or 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle on potato mix.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
