  1. In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole; cover casserole and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Uncover casserole and place the dish inside a larger baking pan.
  5. Add hot water to a depth of about 1 1/2 inches, or about halfway up the sides of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours, or until set. A knife inserted into center should come out clean.
  7. Let Sit for 5 Minutes, Then Serve.
