Sourdough Cornmeal Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups sourdough starter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups cornmeal
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle.
  2. Adjust consistency with milk while dough is kneading.
