Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.
  3. Spread sliced summer squash over noodles.
  4. Top with 1/2 the browned sausage.
  5. Add another layer of sauce.
  6. Layer on 1/2 of the cheese.
  7. Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
  8. Top with more sauce.
  9. Lay all spinach on top of sauce.
  10. Add remaining sausage.
  11. Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
  12. Pour remainder of sauce over this all.
  13. Cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.
  14. Remove foil, top with remaining cheese.
  15. Continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  16. Let set 10 minutes b4 cutting.
