Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mince onion and chop bell peppers in strips. Peel and cube potato. Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
