Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute crushed garlic in oil; add bias sliced sausage (about 1/8 in thick) and brown over med. high heat.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, whatever other veggie, seasoning, and broth (and wine).
  3. Simmer until reduced buy about half or just to desired thickness.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta, and serve.
