Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet, over a med-high heat.
  2. Add Snap Peas, onions, and jalepenos, and garlic salt.
  3. Cook about 10 minutes.
  4. You want the veggies to remain crunchy. The Snap Peas will turn bright green. (Stir them every minute or two).
  5. If you are adding mushrooms, add them in about half way through the cook time.
  6. (If you want it a little spicier add more jalepenos or some chile oil).
